1. About wosguide
wosaiguide.com ("wosguide", "we", "us") is a fan-made platform that provides AI-assisted guides, calculators, and community tools for players of Whiteout Survival. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored byCentury Games or the developers of Whiteout Survival. All game names, characters, artwork, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your in-game name up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or spam.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Scrape, resell, or commercialize content without written permission.
- Abuse the AI Assistant (rate-limit evasion, prompt injection to extract secrets, etc.).
- Impersonate other players, alliances, or the wosguide team.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
4. AI-Generated Content
The AI Assistant produces guidance based on community knowledge and game patterns. It can be inaccurate, outdated, or wrong. Always verify critical decisions in-game. wosguide is not liable for losses (resources, troops, gear, time) resulting from AI suggestions.
5. User Content (Alliances, Profiles)
You retain ownership of content you post (alliance descriptions, profile data, messages). By posting, you grant wosguide a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. You are solely responsible for content you publish and must have the right to share it.
6. Premium Memberships
Premium subscriptions (when available) are billed monthly. Payment processing is handled by a third-party Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
7. Service Availability
wosguide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Downtime, data loss, or API changes from upstream providers (game updates, AI providers) are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wosguide and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €0 for free accounts).
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
