Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

The free tier of wosguide has no charges, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Premium is billed monthly at €4.99 (or the local-currency equivalent) by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your Premium subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund — unlessyou have already used Premium-only features (AI threads beyond the free limit, advanced calculators, etc.), in which case you waive the cooling-off right under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (digital content already delivered).

You are explicitly informed of and consent to this waiver when you click "Subscribe" on the checkout page.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

5. Discretionary Refunds

Outside the cooling-off period, refunds are at our discretion. We typically refund:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Extended platform outages (more than 7 consecutive days).
  • Charges made by a child without parental consent.

We do not refund for unused time, change of mind, or in-game losses.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at /contact with your account email, the charge date, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
